COVID-19 Procedures

As of May 8th, all cosmetology facilities may open in Texas!  To deter the spread of this virus there are new procedures I must implement:

  • All guests must wait for their appointment outside.  

  • Only guests receiving a service may be permitted inside..

  • All guests must immediately wash and sanitize their hands upon entering.

  • Services will be scheduled further apart, so that all surfaces and furniture can be sanitized in between.

  • No blankets will be permitted, however guests may bring their own.

  • No service my be performed for any client that has had the following symptoms within the last 2 weeks:  persistent cough, fever, shortness of breath, faintness. 

Please understand, additional steps are being taken to limit the possibility of clients, and myself, being infected, however, a facial spa, as well as any other public space, is not a sterile environment.  It is completely impossible to ensure that anyone will never come in contact with COVID-19.  Therefore, each client must understand that it is at their own risk that they come in and receive treatments.

Cancellation policy:

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time will be charged $25 or full price of appointment, whichever is less.

No call/No shows will be charged full appointment cost.

2 No calls/No shows will require the client to make a deposit before any appointments can be scheduled.
