Take a moment to Rest, Relax and Reset with the Restorative Healing Sounds of Crystal Quartz Bowls.Â
When we pause and connect inward, we can have a deeper understanding of self and gain harmony and balance with mind, body, and spirit.
Doors open at 6:30, feel free to come in and enjoy some tea and conversation. Meditation begins promptly at 7:00 p.m., when doors will close.
